2. Services & Accounts
Kanzy provides interactive language learning exercises, spaced repetition vocabulary flashcards, AI speech recognition and audio synthesis, and visual scanner features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Kanzy offers both free features and paid subscription plans (Kanzy Pro):
- Billing: Kanzy Pro is billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) according to the pricing presented at checkout.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Merchant of Record: Web transactions are processed through our merchant partner, Lemon Squeezy, which manages sales tax, VAT, and card processing.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or customer portal. Your access remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period.

All software, brand logos, visual designs, and instructional materials are the intellectual property of Kanzy. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary software.
